Pre-event program consultation commences no later than 2-weeks prior to the event date.
Basic setup requires approximately 60-minutes to load in, set up and calibrate.
Played music time for ceremony, cocktails, dinner reception as requested.
Requests available for guests.
MC to announce intro’s. first dances, speeches if required.
In that we don’t typically have a personal history with the newlyweds and their family members, we provide generic, professional, but fun commentaries and introductions, as we manage the list of prime inclusions and progressions.
If a friend or family member has been assigned MC responsibilities, we will work with the MC, as to assist he or she, to the extent that they desire us to. Typically, when a MC is assigned, we still manage and announce the Grand introductions, and assist with the speech timings, placing them between dinner courses, allowing the caterers to serve and clear between speeches, mitigating noisy interruptions.

At Vitel Wedding Events, we don't believe that price equals quality, but rather, 'experience' does! As such; we have a dedicated professional wedding DJ, that knows the hits of even the 70's-80's-90's-00's, to Italian Music, Polish or Portuguese etc., and lots of other European first hand. Vito’s intuitive abilities for reading a room and discerning what songs to play are simply requisite, for such diverse gatherings as wedding celebrations. A wedding DJ is more than a 'disk spinner', they're multi-generational music lovers, whom also have a passion for people and celebration. We are fortunate enough to have Vito on staff, full time.
