What Our Prices Include
What Our Prices Include
- One photographer for 10 hours consecutive hours of coverage starts at $2,700.00.
- Two photographer for 10 hour coverage starts at $1,700.00
- Includes all your finished high resolution photos on USB stick or DVD
- Extra photographer assistant for 1 hour at Groom's house coverage starts at $170.00
- Unlimited shooting during hours at locations
- Edited, high resolution, digital photographs given on a DVD or USB
- Up to two consultation sessions before your special day
- Travel within our boundary locations including Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener, Niagara, Ancaster, Mississauga, Oakville & Stoney Creek
- Unlimited email and phone correspondence
After our initial phone call or meeting, if you want to book our services, we will prepare a standard agreement. Once we sign it and you pay the retainer fee, your date is secured.
There are no hidden fees with Vitel Wedding Events, except taxes of course, and the common extra charge if out side of our boundaries.
While we are not destination wedding photographers, we will do destination weddings. Because there are so many variables when it comes to out of town events, we need to build a custom package for you. Do not hesitate to contact us for a custom quote.
We believe in treating our clients the same way we expect to be treated, so we make our pricing simple and up-front without hidden costs or up-sells and always work with you to ensure that your photography choices will meet all your needs and wishes.
What's our style you ask, we call it assisted photojournalism. For 70% of your day we do not intervene much. The only times when we direct are, formal family photos, wedding party group shots, bride portraits, groom portraits, couple portraits, and of course the detail shots when we will steal away the brides shoes, or the marriage rings etc.
The time return of your images depends on the season, as well as, how many hours we worked on your day. We do aim no later then a 7 to 8 weeks after. If you require your images or a handful of portraits immediately, there will be a fee associated with it.
Due to having our weekends booked up with weddings and events, it is hard for us to schedule a wedding consultation or meeting with you on Saturday and Sundays. We can book a tentative date and reschedule if we are hired to document a wedding. The cost is the same.
